Conduct programs of compensation, benefits and job analysis for employer.

  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
  • Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales and/or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
  • Gather personnel records from other departments and/or employees.   
  • Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.

    Department Planning and Staffing

    Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within and between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.

     

  • Distribute production schedules and work orders to departments.
  • Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, and/or staffing tables, to determine personnel, material requirements and material priorities.
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
  • Arrange for delivery, assembly, and distribution of supplies and/or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.  
  • Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.

    Legal Agreements and Documents

    Prepare legal papers and correspondence.

     

  • Prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, appeals, motions, and pretrial agreements.
  • Mail, fax, and arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials. 
  • Receive and place telephone calls.

    Compliance and Regulation

    IRLE effective Compliance Program will: 

     • Review the organization’s business activities and consequent legal compliance and legal risks.  

    • Educate all personnel regarding the Code of Conduct and compliance requirements and train relevant personnel to conduct their job activities in compliance with state and federal law and according to the policies and procedures of the Compliance Program.

     • Implement auditing, monitoring and reporting functions to measure the effectiveness of the Compliance Program and to address problems in an efficient and timely manner.

     • Include enforcement and disciplinary components to assure that all personnel take their compliance responsibilities seriously and adhere to all applicable requirements.
