Job connections are available Sunday- Friday and typically includes Entertainment providers, Managed Services as well as home improvement projects, painting, moving and more. Skilled labor, such as masonry and tile work, is also available with requests made in advance.

The WOTC promotes the hiring of individuals who qualify as members of target groups, by providing a federal tax credit incentive of up to $9,600 for employers who hire them.

The WOTC has two purposes:

To promote the hiring of individuals who qualify as a member of a target group.
To provide a federal tax credit to employers who hire these individuals.

In Real Life Enterprises provides comprehensive employment and training services in partnership with state and local agencies and organizations. These services benefit job seekers, laid off workers, youth, individuals currently working, veterans, and people with disabilities.

IRLE assists veterans, their eligible spouses and dependents to maximize their employment and training opportunities. Veterans are entitled to many resources designed to help in their search for employment.

IRLE also provides special services to youth between the ages of 15 and 24 to assist them in achieving their educational and vocational goals. While working with peer advisors, youth clients interact with professional individuals who have similar paths, perspectives, and educational goals by providing referrals to supportive services, workshops, career coaching, employment preparation, and other training and community outreach efforts.

Support our team and your community in times of disaster by assisting our Administrative, Research and Data Center, Phone Center, IT and Marketing departments. Share your talents while assisting us in the following areas: answer phones, train volunteers, update resources, coordinate logistics, provide expertise in network support and much more.

At IRLE. volunteers are mentors, role models, problem solvers, tutors, arts and crafters, dodge ball players, office assistants extraordinaire, counselors and therapists, fundraisers, organizers, translators, mediators, attorneys, board members, ideas people, techies, handy men and women, and anyone interested in helping.
